With the expansion of the group's business volume, Xi’an Jingxi Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. added 8 new production lines. The original warehouse area was 10000 m², with a height of 6500mm. It was stored in a two-tier manner, with a storage capacity of more than 6000 and 35 warehouse operators. But the delivery efficiency was low, and it could not satisfy the production storage capacity at all. Only 3 extra warehouses can be rented, with a total area of 3000m². The annual rent of the extra warehouses is more than 6 million yuan, and the operation and management are very inconvenient. This problem has been plagued by the Jingxi base.

After communicating with the design institute, it was finally decided to raise the original warehouse to 12.5 meters, using the shuttle racking system with a storage capacity of 11800 pallets, which can rent less than one extra warehouse. Later, Double-Crane was very interested in carrier and shuttle automated high-density storage system. in his external communication. Through the introduction and contact with our company, our company sent a planning and design team to Jingxi to communicate with customers. Double-Crane requires the following effects:

1. The extra warehouse is fully recovered.

2. It is fully automated to improve efficiency. The daily import and export volume is 1300 pallets, reducing warehouse operators.

3. The warehouse management system is seamlessly connected with the Oracle system of CR Double-Crane.

4. The construction period is 3 months.

After investigation, planning, design and public bidding, our company carried out the reconstruction and construction of the warehouse of the Xijin base. The project is the world's large-scale carrier and shuttle automated high-density storage system, designs 25580 cargo spaces, and imports and exports 1539 pallets a day. The construction task of the project is tight and difficult. Our company invested a team of more than 70 installers and more than 20 software and electrical engineers. After more than 90 days of installation and commissioning, all the extra warehouses were recovered, and the number of warehouse operators was reduced to 9. After a long time of operation, the system worked well, and the customers gave us high praise.
