Huabei Bestore No. 1 logistics Center occupies an area of 15333sqm, its construction area is 46000sqm. The building has 24 meters ASRS warehouse and 5 layers building store. The whole automated system integrated by Huaruide. AS/RS consists of 10 stacker crane, 6 layers conveying system, 19200 pallet positions. In the building store, there are 5 layers dual working positions and 4 units single work position ferry cart. 6 layers 1700 pallet positions gravity sorting area. 6 layers 2500meters picking line, 1 set rapid picking line and 3 sets spiral hoist . In the entire logistics center can support 0.5 billion salves volume, 30000 pallets storage and 10000 cartons/ hour picking efficiency.
