2 MM Column Q235 Steel Carton Flow Racking 1000kg Loading Per Pallet
Carton flow rack is commonly installed for machine tool storage by manufactures and order picking process by logistics centers.
It contains two parts:Rack structure and dynamic flow rails.
The flow rails are setted at an engineer pitch,allowing the pallet to be placed on the upper end of the rack and sliding down to the unloading end.
Rollers keep moving smoothly by gravity.Once the pallet is removed from the unloading end,the pallet nearyby slides forward automatically.
Carton flow rack systems are best for high-volume, fast-moving SKUs packaged in boxes or stored in bins, enhancing productivity in order-picking or assembly environments.
